Today's work.
We started Activity 1.16 in SpringBoard. Fill out the "Know" and "Want to know" sections of the KWHL chart on p. 54. Then read "Rule Britannia!" on p. 55 and answer the two questions.
Then add these questions:
• Modify #2 to replace “someone who came from one of the countries colonized by Britain” with the following:

4. the audience in the video
5. Kipling (“The White Man’s Burden”)
6. Labouchere (“The Brown Man’s Burden”)
7. the upper class in Downton Abbey
8. the lower class in Downton Abbey
• Finally answer this question:
